Indian Wedding Sangeet & Mehndi in Cancun - Destination Wedding Photographer | Sheena & Manu

Indian weddings are already spectacular events with their high energy, excitement, and myriad colors.  Take an Indian wedding celebration, set it in the middle of a dazzling venue like the Moon Palace Resort in Cancun, and the experience becomes magical. Amidst this sumptuous setting, Sheena and Manu were surrounded by endless smiles and hugs. Brilliant dance displays lit up the festivities, some by the happy couple, but I won't soon forget the fire dancers from Thursday evening, nor the sashaying traditional Mexican dancers who performed on Friday. Here are some photographs from Sheena & Manu's Thursday evening Sangeet, and Friday evening Mehndi. Enjoy!

Friday Evening Mendhi

Indian weddings are often large, lush affairs, and this Sikh ceremony was certainly no exception.  If you loved seeing these first two days of wedding events, wait until you see my post covering the actual wedding day!  There will be more destination wedding posts soon, so stay tuned.
