When Sara’s mom Rebecca first reached out to me, I knew right away this was going to be a special wedding. Settling into their family living room a few nights later, Sara, mom, dad and myself all enjoyed tea together and chatted about the vision for the wedding: a Jewish ceremony set in the classic elegance of San Francisco City Hall’s rotunda, followed by cocktails, dinner, and dancing.
It was clear from that first meeting that Sara and her parents had a special connection, but it really came home at the wedding, where time after time I would find them all holding hands, laughing, and smiling together. Sara’s older sister and younger brother were always there, too, and Sara even surprised her sister and brother-in-law with a small cake to commemorate their anniversary.
The tenderness between Sara and Adam is something apart from the norm. The way they support each other with warmth, constant hugging, and yes, more hand-holding, is an inspiration.
Sara and Adam, thank you so much for including me in your wedding plans. I hope these photographs become a part of your family legacy.

I am the mother of the bride. You will NEVER find a photographer who was so much fun to work with. He is an artist in the truest sense of the word. He felt like part of the family by the time the wedding was over!
