Kate and Chris are a couple who form deep, lasting connections with both the special people and places in their lives. That’s why they chose to get married at the Hyatt Regency in Lake Tahoe’s Incline Village, since Lake Tahoe was the location of one of their earliest dates. From the cottages where the ladies got ready, to the ceremony site surrounded by towering Jeffrey pines, to the reception hall overlooking the lake, every step of the day was beautiful, and every moment of the wedding was exquisitely executed.
Chris, like me, is a little camera shy. My unique, photo-journalistic approach to weddings was a significant factor in choosing me as his wedding photographer. He loved that we both felt it was awkward knowing that you’re on camera all day long. Capturing moments discreetly let him forget about the camera, and focus on enjoying the celebration.

If you enjoyed this Lake Tahoe wedding celebration, you will also enjoy Shion & Paul’s Sierra Mountain Snow Wedding at Forest House Lodge, and their Winter Wonderland Day-After session!
Kate and Chris assembled a phenomenal team for their wedding. My deepest gratitude goes to everyone who created an unforgettable experience for guests and vendors alike.
